Team NikeFive vs Warrior Legends (L) 7-2

Monday night proved to be a very tough outing against the Warrior Legends for the boys in blue. The Warrior Legends were formally known as Barloworld Warriors and will be very well known to the touchies ferternity as one of the most outstanding teams for the past couple of seasons, even having dominated the beach touchies arena for the past couple of seasons.
Despite this, the new kids on the block started the game in good fashion, keeping the Warriors at bay with a half time score of 3-1 to the Warrior Legends. Our defensive lines, however, started to suffer towards the end of the game, and with the power failures on some of the spotlights on our field, just made things even more difficult. At the end of the night, the score was 7-2 to the Warrior Legends. A scoreline that must be mentioned as very acceptable against such formidable oponents.
The Warrior Legends played with style and their slick switches and other moves clearly comes from seasons of experience and practice together.

Congrats to Team NikeFIVE for maintaining their 4th place on the first division log.
